Hi, Welcome back to another wonderful Cisco Networking tutorial. In this article I would like to show you about mutual Redistribution between EIGRP and OSPF configuration. Redistribution is the term used to inject routing updates between routers if there are two or more routing protocols enabled in a network or interconnecting two different networks having different routing protocol. I am studing a solution to remove redistribution from EIGRP into BGP. You can use BGP network commands under router bgp, instead of redistributing EIGRP into BGP, BGP network command looks for the prefix in the IP routing table and works also for prefixes learned by other dynamic routing protocols.

BGP not really redistributing some tracks into ElGRP.
Rather it is usually learning the tracks from d3 fuses which are in turn studying the paths from anothér MPLS router át a DR web site. The paths are becoming learned at the major MPLS routér, but when l display bgp the path it's stating the greatest path is definitely the one learned via EIGRP. My issue is usually, why, if the route strikes the principal MPLS router and the secondary MPLS router with equivalent metric, and is redistributed with similar metrics, can be it consuming the discovered external EIGRP path rather of the BGP route.

- Instructor I have been identified to speak ill…of Copy Version Two or Split overall from time to time,…like, say, on the final movie,…but Duplicate Version Two is not really all poor.…You know, it does realize subnet face masks.…It enables authentication of redirecting improvements,…still though you don't have got what we'd actually call…an adjacency between routers swapping RIP up-dates.…You can authenticate the up-dates themselves.…One of the complications with Tear, whether it'h Version One…or Edition Two, lies with the path metric it uses,…the extremely unscientific phrase hóps.…
As l like to state, bunny rabbits jump.…I actually put on't need my routing protocols…just counting hops.…And, the problem now there, of course, is certainly the quickness of links,…especially today, because we didn't have got super acceleration hyperlinks…when we created RIP.…You know, we simply acquired a several different types,…so the hops really didn't matter.…But nowadays, like in the earlier laps,…routers oné and two are connected by a serial link,…routers one ánd three by Fast Ethernet,.…And the speeds are hugely different right now there by default,…
